Option 1
Our Doc health plan which provides all primary care, urgent care, and minor emergency care at the home (or work place)! This is perfect for small businesses who want to offer health benefits but have not been able to afford them, or as an add on to an already pre-existing group plan. Option 2
We also have partnered with a catastrophic sharing plan Zion Health. They have reduced rates for Doc health members. This would give you catastrophic coverage while Doc takes care of your primary care, urgent care, and minor emergency care! Now you can offer a benefit package that would cover 100% of your health care needs. Plans start as low as $173.00 a month per employee (that is the Doc plan + Zion Health plan)!
For businesses the price is just
$85 per member.
